Cross Hotel Osaka

Food that should be hot was not, mostly room temperature. Only the soup was consistently hot. Great location.

Room was quick small. The iron was old, no steam function. No dedicated space to put one’s luggage. Closet space also quite small.

The modern facilities and design. The cleanliness and newness of facilities. The personal amenities provided - shampoo, conditioner, face soap and body wash were of a great quality and the half western/half Japanese style bathroom gave it a nice touch. We'll definitely stay again. I also accidentally left some items and the front desk was really helpful over email but not so helpful over the phone.

The front desk staff were a little bit shy to speak English although their English was good. We will learn more Japanese for our next visit so communication will be easier :)

The location of the hotel is great, so it allows you to do alot of things

The room is really big compared to the other japan hotels. The decoration is modern and the bathroom is so big !

We thought the hotel was great. Rooms a little small, but you expect that in Japan anyway. My husband absolutely loved the bathroom and is now looking to replicate it.

A drink in the bar or to eat in the restaurant was too expensive.

The location made it easy for us to explore shopping areas nearby. The staff were genuinely friendly to our needs.

Truly fantastic location in terms of access to nightlife and hundreds of bars / restaurants close by. Very convenient to Namba main station and metro. Good size rooms , very clean and lovely bathroom. Although not cheap - great value for what you get, reasonable breakfast cost and no hidden charges.

The location is great, free wifi of the cafe accessible in the lobby.

No wifi in rooms, but common problem in Japan.

Friendly staff, convenient location, with a huge Don Quijote store just across the street that is perfect for souvenir shopping and a quick 3-minute walk from Namba Station, making exploration easy and accessible.

no fresh water offered freely, water in Japan contains chloride. Would be a small service to have chloride free water to make tea.

The hotel is smack bang in the middle of the nighlife/entertainement area...easy access within 3 min walk. Very close to Dotombori. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and design is ultra modern. Very chic and elegant. We spent 4 nights here for our honeymoon and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Osaka. distance to Namba station is circa 10 mins...walk is enjoyable and easy.

The location is unbeatable, just off Dotonbori. Access to major train lines is super easy, and the room was spacious and stylish. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the bustling street.

Rooms were neat and tidy, modern design, nice bathrooms and ammenities provided were fine Bigger rooms than elsewhere we stayed in Japan. Staff spoke excellent English which made things easier.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. Bathroom anmenities in particular were very good. We went for a walk at nearby dotombori in the evening which was great with all the bright lights, food and interesting young people.

I loved the location of the hotel. Being close to all the food and shopping of Dontonburi.
